Role And Responsibilities
The team spans two key areas: Brand Strategy, Brand Activation, Creative Excellence, Brand Ambassadors, and MX Creative Studio. We develop and lead local brand strategy across all MX activity. This includes ensuring consistency across all our activity and creative standards are always met.
We also develop local activity which includes 5G, Camera Leadership and brand ‘activation’ moments around launch. We work side by side with colleagues in Product Marketing. This team also manages the entire brand ambassador program.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring every consumer touchpoint reflects our brand and our values.
* Developing an ongoing dialogue with consumers to develop a deep sense of brand affinity leading to strong consideration and loyalty.
* Working with every part of the MX division, helping them develop powerful and compelling creative work that drives effective and efficient marketing activity.
* Lead MX Creative Studio to spearhead its role within MX Marketing.
* Provide advice and consultancy on brand guidelines and creative excellence across all of MX.
* Identify and exploit opportunities to engage new audiences (Gen Z/Female).
* Lead our creative agency partners to ensure best in class creativity.
* Monitor and track our brand uplift studies along with our Insights team.
* Develop strong relationships and integration with Product Marketing to ensure consistency across launch and BAU.
* Line manager of a Graduate Intern nurture and build the next generation of talent.
