The role
This is a strategic delivery role focused on quality over volume.
You’ll work closely with specialist Defence clients and highly skilled engineering professionals, building long-term relationships within niche international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic headhunting and candidate engagement
* Building relationships with passive candidates
* Market mapping and talent identification
* Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
* Conducting detailed candidate qualification
* Supporting candidate-led business development activity
* Delivering an advisory-led recruitment experience
This is recruitment done properly - consultative, relationship-led, and highly specialist.
