As a Procurement Specialist within the Indirects division, you’ll play a vital role in managing high-value tenders across a variety of business-critical indirect categories ranging from Professional Services and FM to IT, HR, and more. You’ll gain access to multi-million-pound procurement projects and be part of a function managing £7bn+ in annual spend, supporting both regional and national operations.

* Broad category exposure: Rotate across high-impact indirect procurement projects across multiple areas of the business
* Progressive environment: Join a function investing heavily in digital transformation, supplier relationship management, and procurement capability development

* Clear development pathway: Access training, mentorship, and structured progression routes, with CIPS sponsorship and professional development strongly encouraged
What they’re looking for:

* Proven success managing tendering activity end-to-end, ideally across varied categories

* Experience managing procurement projects aligned with strategic goals and tight compliance standards
What’s on offer:
* £50,000 – £55,000 base salary
* 20% performance-related bonus
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays
* CIPS sponsorship and structured development
* Travel subsidies and discounts
* Private healthcare
* Hybrid working – typically 2–3 days in the office
