Overview
What’s the role? As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain. This field-based role involves meaningful interactions with customers and a consultative approach to improve productivity, safety, and sustainability through Hilti Tools and Software.

Responsibilities
* Manage the operational, organizational, and strategic sales and account management for your territory.
* Visit customers in your designated region Monday–Friday to build relationships and expand business by understanding customer needs and offering Hilti solutions.
* Demonstrate Hilti tools and software to customers.
* Utilise the Salesforce CRM system.
* Work towards defined sales targets in your region.
What you need
Please note, to progress your application it is essential you:
* Have a full, manual UK driving licence and willingness to travel, as you will make site visits Monday to Friday.
* Have no more than six points on your driving licence.
* Be eligible to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for Account Manager roles due to minimum salary thresholds.
You will also need:
* Proven experience in sales or other customer-facing roles, in any industry.
* We welcome applicants from Engineering, Construction, or Technical backgrounds looking to use their knowledge in a new direction.
* Solution-oriented with the ability to uncover customer pain points and provide suitable Hilti solutions.
* Strong alignment with Hilti values: commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability; able to build relationships at all levels from Site Operators to Managing Directors.
* Drive, curiosity, and motivation to learn, develop, and grow; excellent time management and autonomy.
