Resource Administrator required for a growing business in Cardiff.
We are currently looking for a Resource Administrator to come and join our team in Cardiff. Your duties as a resourcer will be to support the consultants in a vibrant and energetic office with resourcing and seeking new candidates, helping with compliance and clearance to ensure the employees are cleared for work. Prior experience is desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will be responsible for:
* Sourcing suitable candidates (via multiple job boards, marketing and social media)
* Overseeing the clearance procedure of candidates
* Ensuring that Team Educate upholds the high standards of safeguarding for their staff and consultants
* Ensuring Team Educate continues to comply with ASPCo vetting processes

Summary of position:
* Full time position (Monday – Friday)
* £22,000 - £27,000 starting salary + progression
* Working hours 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Thursday and 09:00 – 16:00 on Fridays

* Dress down / early finish Fridays

* 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
