Job summary The post holder will lead the Postgraduate Clinical Fellowship Programme for our LED grade doctors at UHL, building on the positive work led by the previous post holder. Since September 2022, UHL has agreed to adopt the British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) LED Charter, to improve the career pathways and cultural experiences of all LED working at our Trust. The CFP supports LED from a variety of backgrounds, both IMG and UK trained doctors, with the aim to provide a have a high quality experience working in UHL and support them in delivering quality clinical care. Main duties of the job Through the programme UHL aims: To design an attractive offering for locally employed doctors and ensure a quality consistent employee experience, to ensure UHL becomes an employer of choice for doctors (UK & International). To reduce avoidable reliance on temporary staffing i.e., agency/locum. To create a workforce pipeline to hard to fill posts and service expansions.
