React fast to technical faults, reducing downtime and keeping water flowing. Work side-by-side with operators and engineers to implement plant control improvements. Support new ICA systems development and ensure tech is standardized across sites. Offer expert input on upgrades, replacements, and innovation opportunities. Lead by example: supervise contractors, mentor apprentices, and represent engineering excellence. Be part of astandby rotaproviding technical support for 24/7 operational resilience. What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements: ABTEC Diploma or equivalentin a relevant technical discipline or a time-served apprenticeship. 2 years experiencein SCADA/control systems within the water or similar process industry. Confident working withWindows OS and Microsoft Office tools. A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and problem-solving. A cleanUK driving licenceand readiness to work flexibly across sites.
