A Health food company based in Kingston are on the lookout for a hardworking and conscientious Marketing Assistant to join their busy team and support the growth of the company.
For this role you must have experience in Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe
The client is looking for someone who is a proactive and dynamic team player, full of creative ideas, and with a can-do attitude. The role is 70% Digital Marketing, 20% Design and 10% Administration and Customer Service.
The main purpose of a Marketing Assistant role is:
Accountable for delivering marketing plans across various segments
Content creation/ campaigns across all platforms e.g Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
Within content creation you will be editing, filming, writing captions).
Organising and scheduling all content across platforms/ live events.
Working with the sales team on any instore retail marketing plans
Managing Marketing budgets
Produce high quality design work for Adverts/ Point of sale/ Banners/ that can be across digital or retail
Processing samples/ orders
Customer service which feeds into social media responses.
Responding to queries
Monthly mailers/ slide decks on Canva
Packaging changes
Website content creation and working with developer.
Monitoring and analysing the ROI on all marketing activities
Delivering 90 day content plan across all digital platforms
Marketing Assistant Specification:
A few years’ experience in Marketing or Design through degree or work experience/own portfolio.
Excellent organisation and time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Brand Marketing in food business would be ideal but not required.
Must have a full drivers licence.
Experience in Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe
Ability to work reactively and at speed in a quick turnaround environment.
Understands Google Ads/ PPC
Highly motivated and got the drive to want to achieve superstar results
Capable of working unsupervised, as well as part of a team
Strong customer service work ethic ensuring you always deliver on your promises
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
