The archive specialises in dresses, outerwear, knitwear, leather, and fur, and is curated individually for each client through appointment-only studio visits. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager, based in Greater London. The Studio Manager will oversee and manage daily studio operations, including scheduling and facilitating client appointments to ensure a tailored and seamless experience. The role involves leading the studio team, managing customer inquiries, fostering strong relationships with clients and collaborators, coordinating projects, and supporting other studio projects. The Studio Manager will play a key role in maintaining the archive's organisation and enhancing its offerings by consistently seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborators.
* Proven Team Leadership skills to guide and motivate the studio team.
* Experience in Sales / project management and the ability to identify opportunities, drive client engagement and ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
* Superior organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A background in fashion or design is advantageous, along with a keen eye for quality.
* Proficiency in office tools and scheduling software is a plus.
