GSL Education are currently seeking a committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to work in a reputable school in Grimsby. This role is ideal for experienced teachers and ECTs who are enthusiastic about creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment for Key Stage 1 pupils.
Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils. You will foster a safe and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Role Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback to pupils and parents.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.
Uphold strong behaviour management and safeguarding practices.
Candidate Requirements:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is desirable.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of every child.
Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
