Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation processes within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of installation practices, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of installation projects from initiation to completion.
* Supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
* Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of installations.
* Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and address any issues that may arise during the installation process.
* Communicate with clients regarding project updates, schedules, and any changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of materials used and hours worked.
* Recruiting team members.
Requirements
* Proven experience in installation management or a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
