Overview
The Head of Projects will lead our Principal Delivery function and oversee a portfolio of projects from mobilisation through to completion. You will be responsible for leading project teams, driving commercial performance, ensuring safe and successful delivery, and growing our project pipeline through strong customer relationships. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance strategy, operational delivery, people leadership, and commercial accountability.
What is the Principal Delivery model
This is an alternative delivery model in which T&T contracts directly with our clients and downstream vendors. In this model, T&T manages, allocates risk and budget for schedule and quality and facilities, all administrative, procurement, and payment processes for suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Delivery
* Lead a portfolio of projects to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery
* Manage and develop Project Managers and delivery teams
* Drive consistent project standards, governance, and best practice
* Support major or challenged projects as senior escalation lead
Commercial Performance
* Own portfolio P&L, revenue, margin, and cash performance
* Approve bids, pricing, and tender submissions
* Improve profitability through effective forecasting, cost control, and change management
Client & Growth
* Build strong client relationships and act as senior point of contact
* Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
* Support business development and strategic growth plans
Supply Chain & Compliance
* Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and delivery partners
* Ensure compliance with HSE, CDM, and company governance standards
* Promote a strong safety-first culture
Skills and Experience
* Experience in construction, fit-out, M&E, FM, infrastructure, or capital projects
* Proven experience leading multiple projects or a project portfolio
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
* Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
