As our Business Development Manager, you’ll join a high performing region to play a key role in driving new business and championing our award-winning mortgage proposition across the East of England.

What will your day look like?
You’ll be the face of Aldermore for your panel of brokers, out on the road and on the phone. Building trusted relationships, providing expert support, and helping them find the right solutions for their clients.
Your mission? To deliver exceptional service and hit ambitious new business targets through high-quality mortgage acquisitions.
* Develop and grow relationships with brokers across your region
* Drive new business performance and achieve key sales KPIs
* Collaborate closely with your Telephony BDM partner to deliver a seamless broker experience
* Deliver engaging group presentations and product updates
* Stay ahead of the curve with product, market, and regulatory knowledge
* Be the go-to expert for underwriting queries and criteria changes
* Feed valuable market insight back into the business to shape future strategy
What do we expect from you?
We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and commercially minded professional who knows how to make things happen.
* You’ll be located within the region; CB, CM, CO, IP, NR, RM, SG, SS and have a full UK drivers licence
* Proven B2B sales experience within financial services (preferably intermediary mortgages)
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills
* A deep understanding of the mortgage market and broker landscape
* A collaborative, “can-do” attitude with a drive to deliver results
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* CeMAP qualified (or willing to achieve within 12 months)
