Join Our Mains Reinforcement Team!
Are you ready to make a difference in the world of water networks? As a vital member of our Mains Reinforcement Team, you will play a key role in the Thames Water Developer Services contract. Your mission? To deliver exceptional service to our clients while working collaboratively with your team to find cost-effective solutions.
In this role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise and hands-on experience to engineer solutions on-site, ensuring that we get it right the first time. If you have a background in mains laying, service transfers, NAV installations, and are skilled in Butt fusion/Electro fusion, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure site safety and set up, prioritizing the welfare of both the public and your team.
* Utilize your knowledge of mains laying and/or new connections to drive project success.
* Maintain a strong customer focus in all interactions.
* Exhibit excellent timekeeping and maintain good housekeeping with tools and equipment.
* Use the NWP Modular Plus system to provide feedback on commercial and reinstatement matters.
* Collaborate with Support Services and the Street Works Team to manage FPN and Section 74 liabilities effectively.
What You Bring
* Relevant qualifications, such as NRWSA.
* Strong health and safety knowledge; IOSH certification is a plus!
* A firm understanding of the “right first time” philosophy.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and clients.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Shea Water experience.
* EUSR Blue Card.
* Knowledge of avoiding underground utilities.
