About the Role
* Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments accurately and on time
* Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
* Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
* Assist with maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
* Handle petty cash and expense claims
* Respond to internal and external queries regarding accounts
* Assist in preparing financial reports for audits
* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
About the Candidate
* Education: AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent (or studying towards)
* Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
* Technical skills: Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Sage, Procure Wizard)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time‑management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
