Our Boutique Hotel is now looking for a Meeting & Events Operations Manager to lead our guest facing events team at Oddfellows on the Park. You will play a key role in setting the standards and providing a top quality product and service across our different events from small meetings and residential conferences to birthday celebrations and weddings.

Oddfellows on the Park is looking for the best individual to lead and deliver a high quality service and guest experience.
Reporting to the Hotel manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional service to all of our events guests. The role is five days from seven, including weekends, covering both early and late shifts by rota and is an integral part of the management team. This is a 100% hands on position, with the ability to effectively run different types of events from a small professional meeting to a wedding and everything else in between, a good knowledge of bar, events and overall food and drinks is essential. We're looking for a minimum of two years' experience in hotel events department, and at least one year in a supervisor position in a quality establishment with a busy weddings business. Flexible and forward thinking, with a passion for driving results, you'll have a real talent for engaging with guests and handling a challenge with confidence.

Competitive salary starting at £27k dependant upon experience
