At Optime Group, the UK’s largest and most trusted recruitment agency in the aviation sector, we are expanding our presence at Manchester and Liverpool Airports — and we’re looking for the right person to join us on this exciting journey.
The Role
As a Recruiter at Optime Group, you will:
* Deliver recruitment services for our established client base
* Source, screen, and interview candidates face-to-face
* Handle onboarding and documentation processes
* Build strong relationships with candidates and clients across both airports
* Work closely with the Branch Manager and Team Leader as a key part of our Northern operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
* Experienced and able to work autonomously
* Results-driven with a passion for recruitment
* Skilled at identifying high-quality candidates
* Process-driven with strong organisational skills
* Experienced in recruitment coordination (desirable)
* Calm and effective under pressure
* A confident communicator with a proactive attitude
* Must have permanent recruitment experience with 2 years experience within the recruitment sector
* In possession of a full driving licence and their own vehicle (essential)
This is a key hire for us — someone who will help grow our presence in the North West alongside the Branch Manager & Team Leader
