Electrical Site Supervisor

We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support the delivery of M&E projects across site locations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone confident managing teams, coordinating works, and maintaining high standards on site.
The Role
You will oversee day-to-day electrical activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in keeping projects running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise site teams and subcontractors
* Coordinate electrical works alongside other trades
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and specifications
* Maintain accurate site records including reports and timesheets
* Monitor labour, materials, and resources on site
* Manage and enforce health and safety standards
* Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders
* Ensure quality standards are consistently met
Requirements
* Recognised electrical qualifications
* SMSTS (SSSTS considered with strong experience)
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within M&E projects
* Strong understanding of health and safety on site
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, reporting systems)
