Job Title: Receptionist

Rate: £13 per hour
We’re looking for a warm, professional, and detail-focused Temporary Receptionist to join our busy car showroom, supporting our Service Department. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping create a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately inputting and updating customer information into our systems
Supporting the service team with appointment check-ins and basic administration
Answering phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
Highly attentive with strong attention to detail
Focused and organised, even in a busy environment
Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage
