JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £60k plus.
THE ROLE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage their own caseload of commercial matters to include leases, development projects, agricultural land transactions and other diverse real estate transactions. You will work closely with the leadership team and play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers to assist in progressing them further. Dependent on your level of experience, this opportunity is offering genuine scope to shape the future of the team and firm, you will contribute to business development and team growth.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE in handling the broad remit of commercial property law. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have strong technical experience of commercial property work and will be confident working both independently and within a team environment. Senior Commercial Property Lawyers will be considered for this role and will have experience of supervising and mentoring junior team members and a strong interest in business development initiatives.
