We support integrations with external third-party systems and APIs. We lead delivery planning, estimation, and technical scoping activities. We act as a senior escalation point for technical and delivery-related challenges. We collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams. We support sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and delivery processes. We mentor and support engineers through technical guidance and collaboration.
