Job Overview The role includes mixing, shaping, baking a range of breads (sourdough, baguette, tin loaves, soft rolls etc). Viennoiserie lamination and shaping. We are looking for candidates who are: Eager to learn, hard working, and punctual. · Can speak, read and write English in order to follow recipe cards and product specifications · Show a good understanding of all food hygiene and handling procedures, including health & safety in the workplace · Self-motivating, hardworking, and can work as part of a team as well as on individual tasks · Due to the nature of the role, you should be confident working in a fast-paced environment and keep up with its physical demands Working hours will differ. Must be flexible to work the below hours: 5am-1pm, 2pm-10pm, 9am-2pm Sunday to Friday
