* JOB TITLE: Commercial Analyst (Used Cars) – Watford
* SALARY: £43,803 - £48,670 rising to £44,901 -£49,890 as of April 2026
* LOCATION(S): Watford
* HOURS: Full-time
* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office or at client/ supplier sites.

Our Commercial Team plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic growth, launching new products and continuously improving insight, reporting, and forecasting. We're responsible for the end-to-end profitability of vehicles throughout their lifecycle, working cross-functionally across the business to drive long-term, sustainable success.
As Commercial Analyst – Used Cars, you'll play an important role in delivering clear, data-driven analysis to support Tusker's used car proposition ("Pre-loved"). You'll use your analytical skills and commercial awareness to identify trends, highlight risks and surface opportunities, helping to inform decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality performance analysis for Tusker's used car Salary Sacrifice offering.
* Prepare structured monthly performance reporting with clear, data-led insight.
* Support the delivery of the used car pricing approach through timely price implementation, highlighting areas for further commercial review.
* Maintain and improve reporting tools to ensure consistent, reliable insight.
* Work closely with operational teams to monitor used car stock, identify risks and to escalate issues where appropriate.
What you'll need
* Experience in a commercial, financial or analytical role.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – translating data into clear, practical insights.
* Good presentation and communication skills – comfortable preparing structured decks for a range of stakeholders across the business.
* Proactive, curious and self-sufficient, with a drive to understand and improve how the business operates
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (experience with data visualisation tools is an advantage)
* This role would suit someone keen to apply and develop their analytical skills in a commercially focused, fast-moving area of the business.
