Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver inspiring and challenging lessons for pupils across a range of subjects.
* Assess and track pupils' progress, using data to inform planning and ensure every child achieves their best.
* Foster a positive classroom environment where students are motivated and confident learners.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, resources and ideas.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians, providing regular feedback on pupil progress.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is desirable but not essential.
* A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and classroom management skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues across the school.
* Enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
