We have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join ourMarketing Delivery department, as Marketing Managerspecialising in our events and sportsproducts.
You will come with strongexperienceofplanning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet campaign KPIs, as well asstrong understanding of customer journeys. As Marketing Manager, you willmanage the delivery of the product marketing plan, meeting KPIs, to time and budget.
What will I be doing?
1. Support the Senior Manager to translate the Fundraising & Marketing operating plan and budget into a product marketing plan and budget. Define and develop the audiences and product offerings that need activating as part of this marketing plan and manage the development and delivery of cross-channel integrated briefs
2. Manage the planning, set-up, delivery and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns that meet and exceed specific product KPIs
3. Manage the content and creative production, testing and optimisation process, ensuring campaign assets are fully aligned with Brand messaging and other communications themes
4. Work alongside the Senior Manager to motivate the Executives and matrix manage specialist Digital Marketing & Delivery teams to deliver activity across channels
5. Collaborate with teams acrossMarketing deliverytoidentifyand implement strategic marketing opportunities and ensure holistic supporter journeys for product audiences
6. Work with digital and data experts from across marketing and the wider organisation to improve communications and better engage our audiences
7. Manage the continuous testing and analysis of campaigns, spotting opportunities to optimise ongoing activity and making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
8. Work with the Insight team and Senior Marketing Performance Manager to drive development of the marketing strategy and feed learnings into the planning process
Whatarewelooking for?
9. Significant experience translating marketing strategy into tactical delivery plans by channel, audience and budget
10. Significant experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet campaign KPIs
11. Strong understanding of end-to-end supporteror customerjourneys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns
12. Experience of coaching, mentoring or supervising others whether through matrix or line management, with ability to manage competing priorities for yourself and others
13. Data-driven with a strong understanding of UX principles and relevant experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation
14. Relevant experience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channels
15. Excellent project management skills including resource and risk management
16. Relevant experience of marketingfor events and sports would be beneficial
