Work with a great team
You will be working as an Onsite Engineer for Wavex at a dedicated client site based in Battersea providing face to face technical support. The working hours are Monday – Friday (09:00am – 5:30pm)

Required experience:
* Administering Active Directory (Creating new users, processing leavers, resetting passwords etc.)
* Supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11.
* Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and its core applications
* Experience with hardware and resolving ad-hoc break-fix issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
* Working within an ITIL aligned environment.
* Support users with mobile phone configuration and usage.
* Experience with printers and scanners.
Desired experience:
* Administering Azure AD and Intune / MDM.
* Administering Microsoft Server 2012/16/19/22, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group policy.
* Troubleshooting networking issues across Routers, Firewalls, Switches and Wireless Access Points.
* Basic salary £34,000 gross pa plus discretionary performance related bonus.
