Job Description:
Our client, a leading city law firm, is seeking a paralegal with at least 6 months of experience in commercial property law to join their successful department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and potentially advance your career.
The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Preparing and managing documentation such as contracts, leases, and sale and purchase agreements
* Conducting title searches and reviews
* Reviewing commercial leases
* Assisting with closings
* Performing legal research
The Requirements:
* Strong academic background
* Approximately 6+ months of experience as a commercial property paralegal
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest and eagerness to develop within property law
