Sherwin Hall Kitchens is looking for an experienced Customer Care Installer to join our team. This role is key to delivering an outstanding customer experience for homeowners moving into their new properties. You'll be responsible for carrying out remedial works, resolving snagging issues, and ensuring every kitchen we install meets the high standards we're known for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolving post-completion snagging issues in newly installed kitchens
* Carrying out remedial works, adjustments, and minor repairs
* Installing additional units, accessories, and customer-requested upgrades
* Delivering a high-quality finish and professional service at all times
* Maintaining accurate records of work completed and reporting back to head office
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4pm
Requirements:
* Proven experience in kitchen fitting, carpentry, or a related trade
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
* A professional, customer-focused attitude
* Full UK driving licence
* CSCS card desirable (support available if not held)
* Own fitting kit required
