Senior Structural Engineer
Henley on Thames | Hybrid + 1 day office based | Circa £70,000 + benefits
A growing multidisciplinary Consultancy is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to help build and lead a new structural engineering function. This suits someone who wants more autonomy and the chance to shape a department.
The role
* Lead structural design for new build, refurbishment and alteration projects
* Produce calculations, drawings and reports
* Carry out inspections and advise on defects and remedial solutions
* Work closely with architects, surveyors and contractors
* Support internal teams and help develop systems and processes
About you
* Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE)
* MEng/MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering
* 4+ years' post-grad design experience
* Strong technical knowledge and software proficiency
* Clear communicator with a proactive, commercial approach
