Are you an experienced automotive sales leader with a passion for used vehicles and a drive to exceed targets? Renault Exeter is looking for a dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to lead our successful and growing team. We are offering a basic of £45,000 with an OTE if up to £65,000 plus company car.
As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of our used car operation – from stock management and pricing strategy to customer satisfaction and team leadership. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the department consistently hits volume and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the used car sales team to deliver outstanding results.
* Manage the full used car sales process from trade-ins and stock preparation to pricing, merchandising and customer handovers.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to maximise profitability and stock turn.
* Drive exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
* Work with marketing teams to promote used car offers and campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with FCA and company standards.
We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
