More about your role
As the Technical (FM) Manager, you will play a hands-on role in implementing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and managing assessed works related to mechanical, electrical, and building fabric issues across leisure facilities in the local area.
You will work with the wider technical team to identify and address remedial work, liaise with third-party contractors, and ensure adherence to our Technical, Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies, optimizing the use of fuels and water.

More about you
You should have a strong background in trades or handiwork, with experience working with contractors, negotiating scope of works, and reviewing or creating snag lists. Experience working with corporate policies and producing basic progress reports on scheduled works is desirable.
Qualifications should include ONC or City & Guilds in Electrical or Heating & Ventilation Services. A Pool Plant Operator's Certificate is advantageous; we are willing to support candidates to obtain this qualification post-hire.
