Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Self‑Employed Electrician based in Kingston upon Hull, England Metropolitan Area. The responsibilities include performing electrical installations, addressing maintenance and repair needs, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, and ensuring systems meet safety standards. The Electrician will collaborate with the in‑house team to support Tradepark’s projects and tenants.
Qualifications
* Experience in Electricity and Electrical Work
* Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting electrical systems
* Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and applications
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Experience working in industrial, commercial, or property development sectors is a plus
* Full, valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
