What we are looking for
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic support worker for a lovely paediatric client in the LE67 area—a young boy in a loving home who needs full support with daily activities. The role involves engaging in community outings such as going to the sauna, jacuzzi, swimming, cinema, bowling, museums, mini golf, farm parks, the zoo, and enjoying long walks. The client also enjoys playing Xbox (mostly Lego games).
Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience in support work, be bright, engaging, and encouraging. A full driving license and own vehicle are required to support the client’s activities.

Essential requirements include previous support worker experience, a driver’s license, use of own vehicle for client activities, and good references.
Additional information
We comply with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, conducting necessary checks such as Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, and employment references, following government guidelines and safe recruitment practices.
