Head of Operations, Remote (UK), £100k
Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Head of Operations to oversee end-to-end operational performance, scale processes, and drive service excellence across the organisation.
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of operational strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement—ensuring teams, systems, and workflows enable exceptional support and results. What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and develop the operations function, ensuring efficient, effective, and scalable processes.
* Own end-to-end service delivery, driving quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with senior leadership to align operational strategy with company objectives.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across teams, systems, and workflows.
* Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and operational forecasting.
* Partner with cross-functional teams—including Support, Engineering, Finance, and Sales—to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes.
* Ensure strong operational governance, reporting, and compliance.
* Champion a culture of accountability, performance, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an operations leadership role (Head of Ops, Ops Director, or similar).
* Strong understanding of service delivery, support operations, or technical environments.
* Demonstrable success in improving processes, scaling operations, and leading high-performing teams.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, interpret, and act on operational insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven or service-led businesses.
* Proactive, resilient, and comfortable navigating change.
* UK-based and able to work fully remotely.
