Role Overview
To support our growth, we are expanding our Sales team by hiring 3 Account Directors focused on new customer segments within the UK&I Enterprise market. Each Account Director manages their own enterprise segment, handling sales opportunities from qualification to close, working closely with an experienced BDR to ensure a healthy pipeline.
***Note: Regular travel to customer sites and internal meetings in Southampton or London (expenses covered) are required.***
Responsibilities
* Manage new business sales opportunities from qualification to close via discovery, demos, email, and phone.
* Build and nurture customer relationships to increase deal conversion chances.
* Assess prospect use cases and tailor presentations based on company size, industry, and support needs.
* Develop knowledge of the Rewards & Benefits industry through onboarding, training, and self-learning.
* Achieve sales metrics and provide accurate forecasts and revenue visibility.
* Research companies and contacts using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
* Collaborate with BDRs to identify and engage with target accounts and contacts, actively generating pipeline.
* Identify challenges faced by Reward & Benefit stakeholders and articulate how Benifex can support solutions that enhance employee experience.
What are we looking for?
Experience required:
* Proven experience in a closing role.
* Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
* Experience with MEDDICC/MEDPICC sales methodologies.
* Experience in value-based selling.
* Ideally, experience in the employee benefits sector or selling to HR, Benefits, or Rewards leaders.
Competencies required:
* Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to influence, persuade, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate effectively.
* Sales Effectiveness: Build rapport, identify needs, and implement advanced sales techniques.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting relationships, network effectively, influence, and persuade.
* Negotiation Skills: Navigate complex scenarios and develop strategies for favorable terms.
* Commercial Acumen: Analyze market trends, develop business strategies to meet revenue targets.
* Problem Solving: Anticipate problems, lead solutions, and develop innovative strategic responses.

Our interview process:
