Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telesales Account Manager. The Telesales Account Manager will manage accounts, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to sales growth. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with customers, understanding their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities through upselling and prospecting, as well as developing strategies to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Account Management and Relationship Building to maintain and grow client accounts
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and meet client needs
* Sales experience with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
* Ability to work independently while staying self-motivated and organised
* Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is beneficial
* Interest in the beer industry or experience in a related field is a plus
