Spa Administrator

Contract: Part Time Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities
24 hours per week
This role is integral to the development and progression of our college and spas, working closely with the College Manager and Group Spa Managers you will ensure all administrative and reporting tasks are executed efficiently and smoothly supporting our overall college/spa and educational strategy.
Some responsibilities include:
* Carrying out administrative tasks, this includes, filing, managing data files and input [in line with GDPR legislation] supporting the Senior Spa and College Team with the administration and reporting needs of the Spa and College department.
* Regular checking of policy and procedural documentation.
* Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting and data collection.
* Planning, implementation and monitoring of reporting systems.
* Stock ordering/managing PO's.
* Stock analysis and count.
* Organise and collate college course feedback throughout the courses and treatments.
* Plan, support and manage attendance with open days, charity events, graduations, internal and external meetings.
