Key Responsibilities:
· Play the solution architect role on o9 implementation projects Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis, design and document solutions, and guide the configuration team to implement the solution Drive conversations with client business stakeholders Work with development functions- business lines- product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system performance.
· Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
· Takes proactive steps to minimize delivery delays.
· Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
· Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.
· Regularly communicates with management regarding the program’s status and any problems or potential problems.
· Technical Experience: Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience implementing o9 and similar other SCM software solutions in client environments Should have played a Solution Architect role in at least 2 o9 implementation projects Strong experience in implementing one or more business processes such as Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SOP, etc with Strong design and software configuration skills Strong collaborator- team player- and individual contributor Strong communication skills

· Knowledge of best practices through relevant experience in at least one supply chain planning area like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, SOP, Detail Scheduling, Procurement.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in O9 platform configuration.
