Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Sales Advisor to join our team in Stockport. In this on‑site role, you will engage with prospective clients, provide expert advice on insurance products, and build strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks will include offering tailored insurance solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on our products and industry trends.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience or aptitude in Customer Service and a customer‑focused approach
* Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
* Ability to work effectively in an on‑site team environment
* Experience in the insurance or driving instructor industry is an advantage but the role could suit anyone working in a telephone based sales role that is looking to make a move to insurance
* Experience in using CRM systems is beneficial
