As part of their expansion, they're recruiting a Office Manager, to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations within the office, ensuring smooth workflow.
Support management team by overseeing staff performance and providing guidance.
Drive new business initiatives.
Carry our valuations.
Ensure the team meet key goals and operate effectively day to day.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in property management.
Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas for improving processes and services.

Key Criteria:
A proven track record in estate agency.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for people, property and self-development.
