Job Title: Customer Account Executive
We are recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Redditch. We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated individual who can manage existing customer accounts from initial enquiry to order processing and documentation management.
Main Duties:
1. Handle initial customer enquiries regarding orders, including stock checks, delivery guidance, and offering alternative options.
2. Manage quotes for key customer accounts and oversee orders through to completion.
3. Manage supporting documentation such as shipping documents and schedules.
4. Process customer orders, keep customers updated on order status, and develop existing customer relationships.
5. Maintain databases with client data, including pricing and order details.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in Account Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Customer Account Management, Internal Sales, or Sales Order Processing.
* Qualification to CIP’s / IoSCM Level 3 or above is advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency in MS Office is essential; SAP experience is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
