Childrens Registered Home Manager Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham (West Midlands) £45,000 - £55,000 Brand new organisation Monday - Friday; permanent and full time ZG Recruitment is representing a brand-new care organisation who are opening a wonderful new childrens home in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham and is now looking for a dedicated Childrens Registered Home Manager. This is a 2 bedded home to care for children and young people aged 8-17 years old with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This organisation will be overseen by 3 very passionate Owners who bring beneficial experiences to the management team. You will be very much supported and encouraged to manage this home in the way you see fit. There is also an opportunity to dual manage the 2nd home that is in the process of opening to continue their great work. The ideal candidate will hold the following; Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards this qualification. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in residential childcare within the last five years, with at least one year at senior level.
