What you'll be doing:
* Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping children stay engaged, regulated and confident in their learning

* Bringing patience, empathy and a good sense of humour every day
What you’ll need:
* A psychology degree (or be working towards one)
* Some experience with children or young people (school, tutoring, childcare, volunteering all count!)
* A calm, consistent approach and bags of emotional intelligence
* A genuine interest in education and child development
