Regional Manager/ Director | Medium Sized Provider | Elderly Care Midlands, Leicestershire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire

We are looking for a Regional Manager/ Director for a care provider covering the central counties in the UK, with a view to supporting a remit of care homes operationally to ensure high standards of care for elderly people. The provider has grown to owning a plethora of homes within its portfolio, which has led to manage a team of multi skilled healthcare professional to success. The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide Home Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care.

Will be expected to be visible across all care homes within the remit
Candidate must have expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers
Drive KPI's and overall performance
Must have current Operational experience within the care home sector
Must be able to implement a high level of quality and compliance across the home, ensuring that the level of care exceed that expected from its residents

As the Regional / Operations Director you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Homes business plan.

This is a great opportunity for an Area/Regional/ Operations Director who is looking to engage with a provider whose presence is renown to the sector and is looking to put a stamp on the service.

Experience working as an Multi site, Regional Support Manager or Regional Manager within the health and social care sector, with Elderly residents
Exposure to and compliant with CQC
Active NMC Pin – Desired, but not essential

This role is to cover care homes across Midlands, Leicestershire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire in England. First stage is a Teams, second is a face to face at my client’s head office.
