They are seeking a Project Commercial Manager to take the lead on commercial and cost management across critical infrastructure projects. What You'll Be Doing Own and deliver commercial performance across the full project lifecycle – from estimate to final account. Drive robust cost forecasting and ensure financial information is audit-ready and accurate. Shape and lead procurement strategy and subcontractor management aligned with NEC contracts. Work side-by-side with the Project Director and stakeholders to drive value and mitigate risk. Develop commercial processes and mentor junior team members to raise overall capability. What We're Looking For HNC/Degree qualified and ideally MRICS/CIOB/CICES. Proven experience delivering large and/or complex projects in infrastructure or utilities (project values ranging from £100k to £multi-millions).
