Join our dynamic Commercial Office team as a GTS Senior Inventory Controller, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) inventory across the UK, France, and Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
As a key subject matter expert within our Inventory Control function, you will:
* Proactively manage and monitor GTS inventory across multiple geographies.
* Proactively manage stock risk to ensure optimal availability and prevent customer stock-outs.
* Analyse BATnet and cube reporting to drive insight-led decisions.
* Work closely with Sales and GTS teams to manage customer forecasts and ensure SLA alignment.
* Lead onboarding for new Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) customers using a structured, consistent approach.
* Identify and implement process improvements across Inventory Management and DLM operations.
* Provide expert guidance as the first point of escalation for the Inventory Control team.
* Prepare presentations and updates for senior management.
* Coach, train, and support new team members, setting high standards for communication and delivery.
* Build strong internal networks and maintain confidentiality at all times.

* Delivering exceptional support to key customer contracts.
* Maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction.
* Ensuring full adherence to GTS policies and procedures.
* Driving continuous improvement within the Inventory Control function.
What you'll need
* A proactive mindset and willingness to become a subject matter expert in Technology Sourcing.
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
* Experience in purchasing, logistics, or a related field.
* Confident communication and presentation skills.
* Solid understanding of MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and lead meetings effectively.
* Experience developing best‑practice processes and procedures.
