Solution Architect - Telecommunications / BSS / OSS / End to end Architecture - Hybrid £70,000 plus bonus / benefits

Mandatory skills- E2E architecture, design and solutioning experience. HLD and LLD. Mandatory working expertise with Telecom BSS domain - last 5- 7 years.
Role:
We are looking for a Solution Architect to play a key technical and leadership role in several projects. The solutions architect will be responsible for evaluating the organization’s business needs and determining how IT can support those needs leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure.
The Solution Architect will also bridge communication between IT and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions for business problems.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
* Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
* Work with product domain and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
* Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions
* Shape solution options and influence strategic direction to ensure that the solutions designed are architecturally aligned
* Develop solution designs and support technical design documentation in compliance with architectural strategies (vision and roadmap) and principles
* Maintain a high level of business engagement to inspire confidence in IT as a trusted business partner
* Embed a culture of continuous improvement in the Solution Architecture team by looking for and driving improvements to ‘ways of working’, processes, tools and techniques
* Provide relevant skills transfer, coaching and mentoring to team members to share expertise
* Deliver Initial Technical Design Assessment for End-to-End solution, get it reviewed and approved by appropriate stakeholders from various participating domains.
Required Skill Set:
* Possess high level of technical literacy and the ability to analyze in detail.
* Extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time
* Possess excellent problem-solving attitude, and ability to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations

* People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
