We focus on delivering effective outcomes by optimising asset performance and providing bespoke asset management solutions.
Our Infrastructure Asset Management Practice enables customers’ outcomes in projects and delivers sector-specific solutions to optimise asset performance. We influence significant UK infrastructure programmes and implement innovative solutions across the sector.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop our asset performance business with clients, delivering data-driven asset management, regulatory, and technical advisory services.
* Asset performance monitoring and benchmarking; develop dashboards and digital tools to drive improved performance.
* Strategic planning including risk-based decision-making tools and prioritisation; Tactical planning to translate Business Plans into outcomes.
* Provide assurance and regulatory advice for UK water utilities and internationally.
* Offer strategic asset management advice, including gap analysis and improvement plans against ISO 55001 and business process engineering.
* Lead Asset Management Projects and provide leadership for significant strategic projects; build and coordinate a team to deliver solutions, with a focus on aviation clients.
Your Purpose
Candidates should have a blend of technical, stakeholder engagement, financial, and project management skills to win and deliver projects.
* Background in winning and serving clients on major projects; strong technical foundation; excellent communication and organizational skills; thorough knowledge of aviation clients.
* Participate in strategic planning for aviation to maximise profitability, marketing capabilities, operational efficiencies, and quality.
* Develop and leverage aviation client relationships to identify and pursue business opportunities.
* Assist in development of project work plans; participate in reviews of schedules, budgets, milestones, and work products.
* Contribute to annual and strategic plans for the area of responsibility and implement accordingly.
* Pursue new project opportunities by maintaining contacts with current and prospective clients.
* Evaluate new project opportunities for the area of responsibility and work toward resolutions of client relations problems.
What You Can Bring
Open to UK and potentially international travel and periods away from home office on a regular basis. Demonstrable evidence of:
* Proven track record in applying digital asset management and advanced analytics to improve business performance and address client challenges.
* Confident, professional demeanor with a “Can Do” approach.
* Strong communication skills to explain complex matters to clients and internal stakeholders clearly.
* Commercial acumen and a supportive approach to identifying and nurturing talent.
* Ability to work collaboratively within Atkins, with the supply chain, and with clients.
Qualifications
* Honours Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Asset Management qualifications preferred but not essential.
* Membership of an appropriate professional body preferred but not essential.
