About the Role As an Assessor/Trainer in Civil Engineering, you will be responsible for managing an agreed caseload of apprentices, delivering high-quality coaching, mentoring, and training throughout their programme. You will act as the key point of contact for learners and their employers, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey from enrolment to End Point Assessment. Key responsibilities include:Conducting regular progress reviews and providing constructive feedbackSupporting learners in building strong portfolios and preparing for EPAWorking closely with employers to identify meaningful workplace activitiesTracking and documenting learner progress in line with quality assurance standardsDelivering targeted sessions to support wider life skills and employabilityEnsuring compliance with awarding body requirements and organisational valuesDue to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use are essential.
