As Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in accelerating top-of-funnel growth and driving leads through the marketing and sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing digital campaigns that generate awareness, engage prospects, and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities.
Working closely with the commercial team, you’ll help align marketing activities with sales goals and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to boost brand awareness, attract quality leads, and grow the sales pipeline.
Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital ads, email, webinars, SEO, and content marketing.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine buyer personas, messaging, and campaign tactics.
Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Manage Hubspot and CRM tools to support lead scoring, tracking, and reporting.
Lead content strategy for demand generation, including whitepapers, case studies, and educational assets.
Optimise the website and landing pages to improve lead capture and conversion rates.
Stay current on marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in B2B scientific or industrial sectors.
~ Hands-on experience with Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tools).
~ Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
~ Experience aligning closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and handoff.
~ Background in scientific, laboratory, or industrial equipment markets is a plus.
